Chapter 16 – Light
Questions:
1. Suppose you are in a dark room. Can you see objects in the room? Can you see objects outside the room? Explain.
The objects outside the room can be seen, but it is difficult for a person within a dark room to see anything inside.
Light becomes visible when it reflects off of an item and hits the eyes. The object in the room will not reflect any light if it is dark. As a result, the individual is unable to see the items in the darkened room.
